Brytech Construction continues to build momentum across Spokane, with exciting updates in several of our most popular neighborhoods. From newly released home plans to upcoming lot availability, there’s a lot happening—and even more on the horizon.
Bidwell Park: Finishing Strong at Morton Court
At Bidwell Park, we’re wrapping up development at Morton Court with a fresh lineup of homes designed for modern living. These homes reflect everything buyers have come to expect from Brytech—efficient layouts, thoughtful design, and elevated finishes.
One standout plan is the Penstemon, a beautifully crafted home just under 1,500 square feet. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious open-concept living area, it strikes a balance between comfort and functionality. The large primary suite offers a private retreat, while the overall layout is ideal for both daily living and entertaining.
We currently have two homes that will be move-in ready within the next couple of months. Each includes a three-car garage and generous backyard space, priced around $600,000—making them an attractive option for buyers seeking quality and value in a well-established neighborhood.
For those needing a bit more space, the Penstemon Max adds an upstairs bonus room, perfect for a second living area, home office, or playroom. It’s a flexible addition that adapts to your lifestyle.
We’re also introducing several new plans, including the Gentian, Larkspur, and Camas. These homes offer expanded square footage—ranging from approximately 1,900 to over 2,200 square feet—and include features like large kitchen islands, open great rooms, and optional freestanding tubs in the primary suite. With three to four bedrooms, main-floor living, and three-car garages, these designs provide both comfort and versatility for growing households.
Beyond Bidwell Park, we’re expanding options even further with homes featuring five-car garages in communities like Silver Creek, Grain Fields, and Ash Mountain. These homes range from about 1,900 to nearly 2,900 square feet, offering additional storage and workspace for those who need it—whether for hobbies, vehicles, or extra gear.
And of course, some of our most popular floor plans, like the Lupine and Trillium, remain available. These tried-and-true designs continue to resonate with buyers, combining efficient layouts with the quality craftsmanship Brytech is known for. We even have a Lupine home ready now, with another nearing completion.
Wandermere Ridge: Looking Ahead
Meanwhile, progress is well underway at Wandermere Ridge, one of our most anticipated new developments. Located just south of Wandermere Estates near North Perry Street, this neighborhood represents an exciting next chapter for Brytech in Spokane.
This new gated, 28 lot community will introduce a fresh selection of home designs, paired with beautiful views of the surrounding area. It’s a setting that blends convenience with a sense of openness—ideal for homeowners who want access to nearby amenities while still enjoying a quieter residential feel.
Development is moving forward, and while homes aren't yet available for purchase, we’re getting closer each month. As the project takes shape, we’ll be sharing updates on lot releases, home plans, and timelines so prospective buyers can plan ahead.
